My Mission

In 2005, my parents were misled by a mortgage company and purchased a home with a risky variable rate. They struggled to make their payments and had many hardships throughout the years. This motivated me to pursue a career in the mortgage industry in order to help families make intelligent financial decisions.

I earned my Bachelors degree in Economics from UC Berkeley. Once I graduated in 2016, I moved back to Los Angeles to pursue my career in mortgage lending full-time. Since then, I have helped over 400 families achieve their dream of home ownership.

THe Process

The home loan qualification process is very simple:

  1. I analyze your Tax documentation, Credit history, and Assets

  2. I calculate the loan amount and programs you qualify for

  3. I issue you an official Pre-Approval Letter stating you qualify for X amount

  4. You and your real estate agent begin viewing homes and submitting offers using the Pre-Approval Letter I issued you

  5. Once you get an offer accepted for a home, I begin working on funding your loan

  6. In as little as 21 days, I can complete the loan process, making your home purchase official!
